Home sweet home : update

Pooh and I have been slowly adjusting to our new home. We've been adding to our collection of furniture, home accessories, kitchen supplies, etc. We've decided to hold off on painting until we've freed up our schedules. I thought I'd share with you guys some images of our sweet abode :)

We found a cute dinette :) I got the orchids because I love orchids. They remind me of my grandmother.

Pooh got a wireless keyboard and mouse to control his macbookpro while attached to the TV. It's pretty nifty :) Yea, I know...we're nerdy tech freaks.

I can't wait to see what our spotlights will look on the walls after they're painted!

Ahhhh....home sweet home :)

So far, our livingroom seems to be getting filled. Our dining room is still empty...as is the kitchen and our bedroom. Our bathroom is pretty cute but I forgot to take pictures of it!

Love the furnishings! hmmm...Might I suggest some color on your walls sweetie? I think they just look a wee bit too white. Love your blog! Ciao!

I had a Phalaenopsis like the ones you got, and they are indeed pretty. Both of you got good taste in interiors. And can I just say your TV is a kick-ass piece de resistance?

Hang paintings on the wall if I may say, and a big ass painting if I may say again! ;-)

lol well the bedroom needs the most work...so unfortunately, I won't be posting any images of it for a while. As for the walls...I already said we'll be painting them at the end of the month since we've been busy. Pooh made some designs on his laptop that I'll be painting on the walls :) And I definitely would like to put some of my own art on the wall and have it lit. I know my walls look naked...but hopefully we'll be able to paint them soon! ::crosses fingers:: ^_^

Black, grey, and white. Posh, very professional looking. The plant on the dining table is cute...large though. Congratulations on your new place.

Can't wait to see those designs on your walls. Any sneak preview of how the wall would look like?

hi tiggz, since you have an orchid, and if ever you cook rice, the best way to make your orchid bloom more flowers, shower it with the water you used to wash your rice.

it works. you can also try beer but... the smell doesnt work for me.
